About the role
Unique Tech Solution Ltd is looking for up to four people to join an exciting Innovate UK-funded education technology project developing My Smart Teach, an innovative platform designed to help teachers save time and support better learning.
My Smart Teach can be used by schools and also supports homeschooling students, helping educators provide more effective and personalised learning experiences.
As a Marketing Assistant, you will help promote the platform to potential users across the UK. Before starting outreach, you will spend time using and understanding My Smart Teach so that you can confidently explain its benefits and answer initial questions.
We are looking for people who take initiative, suggest creative marketing ideas, and identify new ways to introduce My Smart Teach to schools and homeschooling communities.
What you will do
- Learn how to use My Smart Teach and understand its key features and benefits.
- Research schools and potential users across the UK.
- Identify opportunities to introduce the platform to schools and homeschooling users.
- Contact schools professionally by phone and email.
- Introduce the platform and respond to initial questions.
- Support meetings, demonstrations, and follow-up communication.
- Use LinkedIn and appropriate social media for professional outreach.
- Keep accurate records of communication, follow-ups, and outcomes.
- Collect feedback and share ideas with the project team.
- Suggest new marketing approaches to increase awareness of the platform.

About you
You should have:
- Strong spoken and written English.

- Good organisation skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to follow up with contacts professionally, work independently, and use your initiative.
- An interest in education, technology, marketing, sales, or innovation.
- An understanding of the UK education system.
- The right to work in the UK.
- The ability to use LinkedIn and other appropriate social media for professional outreach.
Previous sales or marketing experience is preferred but not essential. We welcome motivated applicants who are willing to learn and communicate professionally.
Selection process
Shortlisted applicants will attend a short selection session with an introduction to the project, an explanation of the role, and a communication exercise. Successful candidates will then complete a final interview and onboarding process.
